Two plans. No seats, no surprise fees, no “talk to sales.” Pay per label from your wallet — no monthly minimum to print.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted against the same parcel on both plans — nothing is added at checkout.
Top up with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, or crypto, then spend it label by label.
Labels are paid from your prepaid wallet (card or crypto). Free includes a monthly shipment allowance; Pro removes the cap and unlocks cheaper rates plus Billy on Telegram. See the FAQ or API docs for developer pricing details.
The wallet is the whole billing model. You top it up with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, an ACH transfer, or crypto, and each label debits the exact amount you were quoted. Nothing is invoiced after the fact, nothing renews quietly, and a month you did not ship in costs you nothing — there is no minimum sitting underneath the free plan. Void a label and the credit lands back in the balance, immediately spendable, rather than queueing behind a card refund.
There are no per-seat charges, so invite your whole team on Free. There is no API tier: the public REST API has unlimited calls on every plan, which means automating the quote-and-buy loop never moves you onto a pricier one. Billy, the AI assistant, is included everywhere rather than sold as an add-on — the time it saves per order is part of the pricing, not an upsell on top of it. Store sync for Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop is included too, as is CSV bulk import.
Pro is a flat $40 a month for unlimited shipments and cheaper per-label rates that keep scaling down as your volume grows. The switch is worth it at the point where the rate saving on the labels you were already buying exceeds the subscription — not before. That is why pay-per-label is the default and Pro is optional: below that volume, the free plan is genuinely the cheaper product, and we would rather say so than sell you a subscription that idles. If you want the per-label argument in detail, read cheap shipping labels.
There is no invoice cycle here and nothing to reconcile at the end of the month. You top the wallet up once, every order is quoted against USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL at the same moment, and the number you accept is the number that leaves the balance. The plan you are on changes the shipment cap and the label rates — it never changes who quotes you or what gets added at checkout, because nothing does.

Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop sync into the To Ship queue on Free as well as Pro. A pasted DM, an order screenshot, or a typed address gets the same rates — connecting a store is a convenience, never a pricing condition.
The exact quoted amount leaves your prepaid wallet — nothing is added at checkout and nothing is invoiced afterwards. Void the label and the credit lands back in the balance, immediately spendable, rather than queueing behind a card refund.
Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop sync into the To Ship queue and take tracking back when you print — there is no per-channel charge and no connector sitting behind a paid tier. Unlimited stores on both plans. Paste an Instagram or Facebook DM and Billy builds the label straight from the message, which costs nothing extra either.
Via AItiles: paste a DM or a screenshot — no connector, no per-channel setup, no upgrade.
This is the honest version of a feature table: the list below does not change between Free and Pro. What Pro buys is unlimited shipments, cheaper per-label rates, and Billy on Telegram — not access to the product.
Fund it with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, or crypto, then pay per label out of that balance. There is no minimum sitting underneath the free plan, so a month you did not ship in costs you nothing at all. Void a shipment and the amount credits straight back to the balance rather than sitting in a card refund queue.
The AI assistant drafts the whole label from a pasted order, a screenshot, or a spoken address, and validates it before you spend anything. Unlimited use in the web app on Free — the time it saves per order is part of the pricing, not an upsell on top of it. Pro adds Billy on Telegram.
One all-in price per service at quote time, and that exact amount leaves your balance. Fuel, residential, and handling are inside it. The only thing that can move it afterwards is a carrier re-weigh, and that arrives as its own clear ledger entry rather than a surprise on a monthly invoice.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted against the same parcel, every time, whether you are on Free or Pro. There is no carrier locked behind an upgrade and no default we quietly steer you to. International services quote duties and taxes inside the same all-in number, so the price you compared is still the price at your customer's door.
REST, JSON, one Bearer header, real idempotency keys, and signed webhooks — with unlimited calls on Free as well as Pro. There is no API tier to graduate onto and no per-request charge, so automating quote-and-buy never moves you onto a pricier plan.

The phone is not a cut-down version of the product sold separately. Everything the free plan includes runs on it — the queue, the four quotes, Billy, and the buy button — and inviting the person who actually packs the boxes costs nothing, because there are no per-seat charges on either plan.
Most tools sell the AI separately, meter it, or park it behind the top tier. Billy runs unlimited in the web app on Free: hold the mic, say where the parcel is going, and it quotes USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on the box in your hands, reads the all-in prices back out loud, and queues the one you pick. It remembers repeat buyers and saved box sizes, and it answers for the label afterwards. This is the real product, not a render.

Unlimited in the web app on Free · quotes all four carriers as one all-in price each · Pro adds Billy on Telegram.
Every rate here is one all-in number — carrier service, insurance, duties — locked at quote time, whichever carrier you take. That exact amount is what leaves your balance, so a cheap quote is still cheap the day after. Figures below are an illustrative example, not a quoted rate.

ShippoPirateShipShipStationLabel prices are quoted live from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL and shown as one all-in number — no surcharges added at checkout.
Same rates, same wallet, same Billy, same API on both plans — the only question is whether you cross the 50-shipment line often enough for Pro's cheaper per-label rates to beat its monthly fee. Here is roughly where each shape of seller falls.
TikTok Shop & live commerce
A hundred orders overnight blows past the free allowance in a day, and at that volume the per-label saving on labels you were already buying is larger than the subscription. This is the one profile where Pro is obviously the cheaper product rather than a nicer one.

Etsy & independent creators
A busy December and a very quiet February. Pay-per-label is the right shape for that: no monthly minimum means the quiet months cost nothing, and there is no subscription idling through them waiting to be used.

A video took off and I had 80 TikTok Shop orders by morning. I printed every label from my phone on the bus to the post office.

The API is what every shipping API pretends to be. Idempotency that actually works.
