Can I buy USPS First-Class Mail letter postage (stamped or nonmachinable envelopes)?

No. GoatLabels sells carrier package labels, not USPS First-Class Mail letter or large-envelope (flat) postage, stamps, metered mail, or the nonmachinable letter surcharge. For true letter-rate mail, use stamps or a meter at the Post Office. The closest options in GoatLabels for a thin envelope are USPS Light Weight Trackable for packages under 1 lb (usually the cheapest; its tracking is limited — expect an acceptance scan and delivery confirmation with sparse updates in between) and a tracked USPS Ground Advantage package label with fuller scan detail — enter the envelope's dimensions and weight on a shipment to see live prices. Domestic First-Class Package Service was retired in 2023; Ground Advantage replaced it.

Can I print a USPS label at the Post Office without a printer?

Yes. USPS labels bought on GoatLabels include a Label Broker QR code. Open it from the shipment details, the purchased-row menu, or ask Billy — then show it at a participating Post Office and they print and apply the label. Find locations at usps.com/business/label-broker.htm. Pack the parcel first. Older USPS labels bought before this launched, and UPS, FedEx, or DHL labels, stay PDF-only (print at a library, office-supply store, or shipping storefront).

Can GoatLabels reroute or redirect a package?

No. Once a carrier scans your parcel, only that carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) can reroute, hold, or redirect it — USPS calls it Package Intercept; UPS and FedEx have their own delivery-change services. Grab your tracking number and contact the carrier directly. We print the labels — the carrier drives the truck.

Do I need a monthly subscription to print labels?

No. There are no monthly minimums to print a label — you can pay per label from your wallet. Free includes up to 50 shipments per month. Pro removes that cap, adds cheaper label rates, and unlocks Billy on Telegram.

How does the AI create a shipping label?
