- Can I pay for shipping labels with crypto?
- Yes. GoatLabels lets you fund labels with credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank transfer, and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Top up your wallet and buy USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL labels in seconds.
- Which carriers does GoatLabels support?
- GoatLabels supports USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, with live all-in rates and no monthly fee on Free, up to 50 shipments a month.
- Can I buy USPS First-Class Mail letter postage (stamped or nonmachinable envelopes)?
- No. GoatLabels sells carrier package labels, not USPS First-Class Mail letter or large-envelope (flat) postage, stamps, metered mail, or the nonmachinable letter surcharge. For true letter-rate mail, use stamps or a meter at the Post Office. The closest options in GoatLabels for a thin envelope are USPS Light Weight Trackable for packages under 1 lb (usually the cheapest; its tracking is limited — expect an acceptance scan and delivery confirmation with sparse updates in between) and a tracked USPS Ground Advantage package label with fuller scan detail — enter the envelope's dimensions and weight on a shipment to see live prices. Domestic First-Class Package Service was retired in 2023; Ground Advantage replaced it.
- Can I print a USPS label at the Post Office without a printer?
- Yes. USPS labels bought on GoatLabels include a Label Broker QR code. Open it from the shipment details, the purchased-row menu, or ask Billy — then show it at a participating Post Office and they print and apply the label. Find locations at usps.com/business/label-broker.htm. Pack the parcel first. Older USPS labels bought before this launched, and UPS, FedEx, or DHL labels, stay PDF-only (print at a library, office-supply store, or shipping storefront).
- Can GoatLabels reroute or redirect a package?
- No. Once a carrier scans your parcel, only that carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) can reroute, hold, or redirect it — USPS calls it Package Intercept; UPS and FedEx have their own delivery-change services. Grab your tracking number and contact the carrier directly. We print the labels — the carrier drives the truck.
- Do I need a monthly subscription to print labels?
- Not up to 50 shipments a month: Free has no monthly fee and you pay per label from your wallet. Past that you need Pro ($40 a month), which removes the cap and unlocks Billy on Telegram.
- How does the AI create a shipping label?
- Paste, dictate, or screenshot an order and Billy (the built-in assistant) drafts a ready-to-buy label — addresses, package, and rate — so you review and hit buy.
- Does GoatLabels work for TikTok Shop?
- Yes, for seller-shipped orders. Connect TikTok and other marketplaces, sync orders into one To Ship queue, and print labels from your phone after a viral spike. TikTok Shop orders shipping USPS are bought in TikTok Shipping (rule since January 2026), and outside UPS or FedEx labels need Seller Shipping enabled on your shop. Check Seller Center > Shipping settings before you connect.
- What is the wallet model?
- You fund a prepaid balance, then buy labels from that balance. That keeps checkout fast and supports crypto alongside cards and alternative payment methods.
