- An AI shipping label is an ordinary carrier label — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — where the data entry was done by an assistant instead of by you. On GoatLabels, Billy reads a pasted order, a voice note, or a screenshot, fills the addresses, weight, dimensions, and service, and hands you a draft. The label itself is the same one the carrier would issue from a form you typed by hand.
- Does the AI buy the label without asking me?
- No. Billy drafts; you buy. Every draft shows the parsed addresses, the package, the chosen service, and one all-in price before anything is charged. Nothing leaves your wallet until you confirm, so a misread address costs you a correction rather than a wasted label.
- What happens when the AI reads an address wrong?
